Vivid Luminous Sydney is a massive light show and heaps of people come to view the spectacular light projections on the Sydney Opera House sails. Vivid includes several different events and the entire program starts today, May 27th through June 20, 2010.
This includes the Lighting of the Sails, the Macquarie Visions, Rocks Fire Water, Vivid Live and several others around the city. The crowd draws under the cloak of a gloomy sky and a light rainy drizzle to witness the first night of this illumination event. The best views are at the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Cruise Bar.
It was a wonderful evening sipping a passionfruit cocktail, chowing down on some fantastic chips and chili dip, listening to the rain and watching the light show!!!
